family friendly getaway

I found the staff attentive. they were very good for families having children. a big plus was the buggy rides, available from 9 am to 10 pm. balu really stood out. He made those rides extra fun for my kids.
The connecting room we initially booked seemed quite lovely. but then, they upgraded us to a family suite. The upgrade was certainly worth it! now the big negative, our room doors were very heavy. closing them quietly seemed impossible. i could hear everyone coming and going, and that was annoying.

Concierge pawan was attentive and sincerely willing to help. he was always calm! balu provided efficient transport around the resort. He had a cheerful attitude. masoom offered a reassuring presence. I felt safe and secure.

I found spacious, comfortable accommodations on meticulously maintained grounds. the all-inclusive experience impressed me. It featured a diverse culinary selection with numerous global flavors and an extensive list of wine and spirits. service was excellent. i thank chef ratheesh for his really good work.
some staff were rude and did not show proper respect.

poor food qualityslow buggy service
the food quality was notably poor, especially considering the high prices at the restaurants. dirty dishes remained in the room for over 24 hours after i ordered room service. the breakfast quality was very disappointing. i also found the buggy service to be slow.
